An officer was monitoring traffic at the Five Points Intersection (SR309 and SR209) at 1:59 a.m. on Sunday when he observed a westbound Ford Expedition. The driver stopped for the red light, then proceeded to turn right, despite posted warnings prohibiting such action. The officer instituted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Pine Street and identified the driver as Thomas Febus, 34, of Ridgewood, N.Y.
