The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robert and Ellen Novatnack of Bethlehem.
She is a 2006 graduate of Liberty High School and East Stroudsburg University.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Charles and Kathy Strohl of Nesquehoning.
He is a 2001 graduate of Carbon County Vo-Tech and is currently employed at Kovatch Corp.
A Dec. 18, 2010 wedding is planned.
