Old Hauto Road accident

On Monday afternoon emergency personnel responded to a one-vehicle accident that occurred on Ye Old Hauto Road in Hometown, directly off SR309 north (Hometown Hill). The driver of the overturned Chevrolet Blazer was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. Rush Township police are investigating. Both Hometown and Tamaqua fire departments responded. Hometown fire police closed the road and helped with control traffic.
