JTAHS plans orientation night for parents and students

A scheduling and orientation night for parents and students who will be entering grades nine to 12 in the Jim Thorpe Area High School for the 2010-2011 school year will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 in the high school auditorium. This includes students currently enrolled in the Jim Thorpe Area School District or students currently attending parochial school. Parents of students who are moving into the district who will be attending the high school are invited as well. Because of the importance of the scheduling and orientation process, all parents are urged to attend.

The program will include scheduling orientation and a question and answer session. Question may be forwarded to the senior high school guidance office at (570) 325-5137.
