Schuylkill fire company burglarized

A Schuylkill County fire company was burglarized over the past weekend. It was one of two burglaries and a theft incident probed by state police at Schuylkill Haven.

Troopers said the Citizens Fire Company, 149 W. Bacon St., Palo Alto, was entered sometime between 8:40 and 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20. Removed was an undetermined amount of crash.

The second break-in also occurred in Palo Alto at Hrenyo's Garage, 40 W. Bacon St. Sometime between 9 p.m. Saturday and 11:45 a.m. on Sunday the garage was entered and removed was $375 in U.S. currency.

Dana Seisler, 35, of 1678 Buckeroo Drive, Lake Wynonah, Auburn, South Manheim Township, reported her vehicle was entered while parked at her residence and removed was a Sirius radio receiver. The car was unlocked. The incident occurred sometime overnight of Friday, Feb. 19, and Saturday.
