Seek judgment
Wells Fargo Bank, of Fort Mills, South Carolina filed a suit against Alton S. Snyder Jr., of Tamaqua, alleging he has defaulted on mortgage payments on property at 534 East Union Street, Tamaqua, and seeks a judgment for $35,464.04 plus interest of 5.53 percent from December 29, 2009.

Two people were admitted by Judge Jacqueline Russell into the ARD (Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition) Program, which is reserved for first offenders involved in non-violent criminal charges to allow them to earn a right to have the criminal record expunged. They do not plea guilty to the charge filed against them but agree to carry out the sentence imposed by the judge to have the charges dismissed. District Attorney James P. Goodman had to propose them for the program. Placed in the program were the following:
Marcus Infanti, Cressona, charged by Patrolman David George, Schuylkill Haven Police, with theft of items from a motor vehicle. He must serve 12 months on probation, pay $350 towards the cost of operating the ARD program, pay $50 to the CJEA (Criminal Justice Enhancement Account) fund, perform 10 hours of community service, pay a $50 monthly fee for each month on probation and pay costs of prosecution.
Joshua Ludwig, 18, Reading, Berks County, was charged by Corporal Marvin Livergood, Frackville Police, with criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property from Way Mart Store. He was put on probation 12 months, assessed $350, pay $50 to CJEA fund and a $50 monthly probation fee and perform 10 hours community service and pay court costs.
