The Carbon County Salary Board established the following positions at Weatherwood, the Carbon County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and set the salaries, effective Jan. 1, 2010, during the annual salary board meeting on Monday.
Administration
• Established the position of one county solicitor at $18,053.88 per year;
• Established the position of one administrator at $60,236.80 per year;
• Established the position of one fiscal director/office manager at $42,139.50 per year;
• Established the position of one human resources coordinator at $15.41 per hour;
• Established the position of one administrative assistant at $15.10 per hour;
• Established the position of one fiscal technician at $17.17 per hour;
• Established the position of one part-time corporate compliance/HIPAA privacy officer* at $16.14 per hour
Maintenance
• Established the position of one plant engineer/director of environmental services at $55,348.80 per year;
Laundry
• Established the position of one part-time laundry/housekeeping aide at $9.81 per hour;
• Established the position of one part-time laundry utility helper at $9.53 per hour;
Dietary
• Established the position of one director of dietary services at $39,977.60 per year;
• Established the position of one assistant director of dietary services at $38,147.20 per year;
• Established the position of one dietitian at $22.74 per hour;
• Established the position of two part-time cook I PRN at $10.51 per hour;
• Established the position of two part-time utility workers PRN/dietary* at $9.81 per hour;
• Established the position of 12 part-time utility workers PRN/dietary* at $8.98 per hour;

• Shift differential - assistant director of nursing: 3-11 p.m. $1.50 per hour; 11 p.m.-7 a.m. $2 per hour;
• Established the position of one staff development/in-service director at $25.02 per hour;
• Established the position of one infection control/wound care nurse at $21.61 per hour;
• Established the position of one nursing supervisor at $20.59 per hour;
• Established the position of one MDS/care plan coordinator at $28.81 per hour;
