Carbon man facing harassment count
A Carbon County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident on Sunday, Jan. 9, about 8:39 p.m.
State police at Fern Ridge said Christopher Santiago, of Albrightsville, allegedly struck a woman in the head and pushed her to the floor at a residence along Sidney Mew Drive, in Penn Forest Township.
