Conduct arrests

State police at Frackville reported the arrest of two persons for disorderly conduct in separate incidents.

On Friday, Jan. 15, about 12:45 a.m. troopers cited Debbie L. Kohlhepp, 31, of 504 W. Poplar St., Shenandoah, for playing her stereo too loud.

Also on Friday, about 7:45 p.m., troopers said a 15-year-old male juvenile from Shenandoah, was cited inside the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township, for spraying a uniformed security guard of the mall with invisible ink. Troopers said the victim was a 44-year-old male employed by Allied Barton Security, assigned to the mall.
