The engagement of Jennifer Ann Muniz to Matthew John Higgins has been announced by her parents.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Timothy and Donna Rossman of Weatherly, and the late Steven Cass. She is a 2000 graduate of Weatherly Area High School and the Harrisburg Area Community College Practical Nurse Program.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Joseph and Valerie Higgins of Hometown. He is a 1996 graduate of Marian Catholic High School.
A wedding date is set for May of this year.
