Shooting incident is investigated

A shooting incident is being investigated in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said an unknown person fired several shots at the mailbox of Stephen Joseph and Christopher Jamison, of 267 Pine Valley Road, New Ringgold, East Brunswick Township. The incident occurred about 12:12 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 15.

Troopers said the person responsible was a male operating a dark red small-sized pickup truck. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 874-5300.
