Hecla man jailed

A New Ringgold man faces charges of assault and terroristic threats after an early morning domestic dispute.

Raymond Anderson, 32, of 50 Schuylkill Road, Hecla, was involved in a domestic dispute with Lark Anderson, 33, of the same address at 1 a.m. Monday, according to state Trooper Michael Breznik of the Frackville barracks.

The release said that Anderson allegedly threatened the victim with a .22 rifle. He was arrested and arraigned before District Judge James Reiley, of Pottsville, and jailed in Schuylkill County prison under $25,000 bail.
