Carbon driver facing DUI charge
A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident on Tuesday, Jan. 19, about 8 p.m.
State police at Lehighton said Derek Frable, 26, of Palmerton, was stopped at Bank St. and SR895, in Bowmanstown, after being observed committing traffic violations while operating a 2001 Mercury Sable.
He was found to be under the influence, troopers said, and will be charged.
