Man picked up on warrant

State police at Schuylkill Haven said a man wanted by them was picked up this week at a truck stop in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Steven Allen Donton, 28, no address, was located at the Raceway Truck Stop, along Molleystown Road, just west of SR125, in Tremont Township, on Tuesday, Jan. 19, at 2:30 a.m.

Troopers said he was wanted on charges of unsworn falsification to authorities and providing false identification to law enforcement. Troopers said he provided another person's name and date of birth as his own.

He was arraigned before duty District Judge James Reilly, of Pottsville, and committed to the county prison in lieu of $5,000 percentage bail.
