File for divorce
Sharon M. Wagner filed suit for divorce from Jeffrey L. Wagner, both of 347 Tuscarora Mountain Road, Barnesville. They were married April 20, 1985.
Kyle P. Huegel, 672 Arrow Road, New Ringgold, started a divorce action against Nicole L. Huegel, 500 Pine St., Tamaqua. They were married Aug. 1, 2007.
Dane J. Watro Jr., 201 S. Hancock St., McAdoo, filed for divorce from Tonya J. Watro, 901 Matthew Court, Chesapeake, Va. They were married Sept. 4, 1998.
Thomas M. Rabenold, Box 302, Tamaqua, filed for divorce from Dawn L. Rabenold, 446 Arlington St., Tamaqua. They were married Oct. 15, 1988.
Granted divorce
Cory A. Aucker, of McAdoo, was granted a divorce from Shannon M. Aucker, Kelayres. They were married May 16, 1998.
JoAnn E. Bartusik was granted a divorce from Robert Heiber Jr., both of Frackville. They were married June 24, 2005.
Tammy L. Kromer, 109 All Kings Drive, New Ringgold, was granted a divorce from Mark J. Kromer, 677 Spruce Drive, New Ringgold. They were married April 21, 2007.
Erin M. Shilling, Tower City, was granted a divorce from Arleigh Shilling, Ashland. They were married Nov. 6, 2004.
Admits violation
Michael H. Startzel, 25, of 45 N. Greenwood St., Tamaqua, admitted in court to violating his probation and Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin revoked it and recommitted him to the Schuylkill County prison to serve the maximum term of his sentence which expires Aug. 14, 2010. The judge recommended him for work release if he has a job and also to be enrolled in the Vocational Rehabilitation Program at the prison.
Startzel had entered a guilty plea last May to theft of a purse dropped by a woman at a fast food store in Tamaqua while she was placing her child in the car. She had placed the purse on the car roof and forgot about it and pulled away and it fell to the ground. Startzel retrieved it and kept it. He was placed on probation for 12 months but violated it and was re-sentence last April to serve four months in the county prison and had been released and was serving on probation when cited for violating the terms.
Pleads guilty
Bryan A. Uroskie, 25, Ashland, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and spent 48 hours in the county prison and is now on probation for six months. He also must pay a $500 assessment fee, court costs, $100 to the Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to the Catastrophe fund, $60 to the Schuylkill Medical Center, his license is suspended 12 months and he must undego intensive outpatient counseling. On a charge of driving while his operating prviileges were suspended was fined $200 plus $50 costs. Uroskie was cited by Patrolman Michael O'Neill, Ashland police.
State prison
Stacey M. Pukiewicz, 34, Shenandoah, was removed from the state Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) to which she had been sentenced by Judge D. Michael Stine in August 2008 for a period of 24 months because she violated terms of the conditions of the program.
Judge Stine re-sentenced her to to serve a prison sentence in a state correctional institution for one and one-half to four years on a charge of forgery. She received an additional time in jail on a charge of access device fraud by being sentenced to serve one and one-half to three years to run consecutive to the first sentence.
The aggregate total of her sentence was three to seven years and she received credit for 664 days served. She was cited by Sgt. Kevin Ruby, Kline Township police, of forging a stolen credit card.
