David Allen Wanamaker, 821 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, filed against Kathy Marie Wanamaker, 1106 Princeton Ave., Palmerton. They were married May 28, 2009.
Service suit
Diane H. Bischone, 138 Berkshire Court, in Saw Creek Estates, Bushkill, Pike County, filed a civil complaint against Regional EMS & Critical Care Inc., Audrey Bushey and Chris Muth, all of 700 N. First St., Box 191, Lehighton.
The suit states on May 28, 2009, the defendants Bushey and Muth, transported the plaintiff in a non-emergency ambulance owned by Regional EMS from the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, to her home in Bushkill.
The suit alleges despite requests from the plaintiff to have the defendants reposition her on the litter because of severe pain she was experiencing, they did not reposition her. Also, the suit alleges at the plaintiffs' home the defendants transferred her from the litter to a "orange" chair without waiting for "chair assist" that had been requested from Bushkill Emergency Corps, which caused her injuries that are detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 on each of three counts.

Concrete bill
Gruber Concrete Specialists Inc., 7770 Center St., Emerald, filed an action against Glenn Reamer, 105 Ridgeview Drive, Lehighton, and Kan-Do Home, 3295 Forest Inn Rd., Palmerton, alleging a bill for concrete sold and delivered is owed. Sought is $21,095.
