Monroe mishap

State police at Lehighton reported investigating a one-vehicle crash about 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 20, along Flyte Road in Ross Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Betty L. Booth, 60, of Saylorsburg, was driving a 1998 Honda Civic eastbound and attempting to negotiate a left curve when she lost control. The vehicle left the road and struck a tree.

Booth was not injured, troopers said.
