Woman cited for public drunkenness
A Schuylkill County woman was cited for public drunkenness following an incident at 12:50 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, in Shenandoah.
State police at Frackville said Alberta E. Matejick, 42, of 22 S. Gilbert St., Shenandoah, was observed leaving the M&T Bar along W. Cherry St., intoxicated and consuming an open 24-ounce can of beer. She was cited and released.
Troopers also said the liquor control board will be notified of the infraction at the bar.
