Class of 1995
The Tamaqua Area High School Class of 1995 will begin making plans for a 15-year anniversary reunion. An initial planning session will be held Jan. 31, at 7 p.m., at the home of Tim Zeigler, 77 Lafayette Ave., Hometown.

YMCA hockey
The Tamaqua YMCA is now accepting registrations for a youth hockey league, for players between the ages of 7 and 14. The season will begin on Jan. 23, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Democrats to meet
The Eastern Schuylkill Democrats will meet today, at 7:30 p.m., at the East End Fire Company. All interested persons are welcome to attend.
Class of 2010
The decorating committee for the parents of the Tamaqua Class of 2010 will meet every Monday, at 7 p.m., on the third floor of the Tamaqua Elks, 301 W. Broad St. The committee will work on decorations for the annual All Night Party.
