Burglary, theft incident probed

State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a burglary and theft from vehicle incidents.

The break-in occurred at the residence of June O'Neill, 47, of 7 Cobble Stone Court, Saylorsburg, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. Troopers said entry was gained by forcing open a sliding glass door. Removed from the home was a Apple Ipod and a $20 bill. The incident occurred sometime between 6:20 and 9:10 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 25.

The vehicles of Devin Rivera, 32, and Shannon Palazzo, 33, of 144 McCauley Rd., Towamensing Trails, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, Carbon Coutny, were entered sometime between 6 and 10 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 24, while parked near their residence. Removed from the vehicles were a GPS unit, Ipod touch and cellular phones.
