June 1 is the new target date for the completion of the $4.86 million Carbon County Convalescent Home at Weatherly. The architects of the home, Brslin & Ridyard of Allentown, noted that the 200-bed home is now 82 percent complete. Originally the completion date was set for last Dec. 31, but according to the contractor, the date was moved back to June 1 due to the failure of certain suppliers to deliver materials on time to meet the building schedule.
