Carbon man facing trespass charge
A Carbon County man is facing a charge of criminal trespass.
State police at Lehighton said Lewis Emens, 65, of Lehighton, was on the property of Perma Graber, 78, of 61040 Pohopoco Drive, Towamensing Township, on Wednesday, Jan. 27, about 2:30 p.m. when he knew he was not permitted to be there. Charges will be filed, troopers said.
