Accident suit

Lorieann Bishop, individually and as parent/guardian of Sabrina Smith, a minor, of 215 Harvard Ave., Palmerton, filed a complaint against Josha J. Ahner, 581 Fairyland Rd., Lehighton.

The suit states on June 21, 2009, along SR443 at S. Ninth St., Lehighton, a vehicle operated by the defendant collided into a vehicle operated by Bishop with the minor as a passenger. The minor sustained injuries detailed in the suit. Negligence is alleged and sought are damages that "exceeds the jurisdictional amount requiring arbitration by local rule."
