Cheyenne Edmonds, 7, and her mother, Tammy, right, of MaryD, visited Purr-Fect Reflections Hair Salon, Tamaqua, where stylist Martha DiBuo, left, trimmed at least 10 inches of hair from both girls' heads. Cheyenne will donate her tresses to Locks of Love, while Tammy's hair will be sent to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths Program. The Pantene program uses donated hair to make free wigs for women with cancer, while Locks of Love provides wigs to children dealing with cancer. Cheyenne is a student at the Tamaqua Elementary School and mom works at the Tamaqua Child Care Center.
