Divorces granted

Donna Lee Hartranft, 502 N. Railroad St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Joseph D. Hartranft, Newkirk R.1. They were married April 10, 1992.

Amy Zimmerman, 35 Swatara St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Jeffrey Zimmerman, Pottsville. They were married Aug. 4, 2006.

Tammie Lee Durham, Orwigsburg, was granted a divorce from Brent Lynn Laubenstine, Schuylkill Haven. They were married Jan. 1, 2004.

Sentenced

Joseph Albert Yutko, 27, of Frackville, was sentenced by Judge Jacqueline Russell on one count of robbery and threatening another person with serious bodily injury, to serve five to 10 years in a state correctional institution and when released to serve an additional five years on probation. He was also ordered to pay all mandatory costs of prosecution, including $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, submit to mental health and drug alcohol evaluations, have no contact with the victims of this case during the pendency of his probation and pay a $50 monthly supervision fee.

Yutko was cited by Shenandoah police on Oct. 28, 2008, with robbery of the home of Thomas Redden, 117 E. Centre Street, Shenandoah.
