Teen facing threats charge

A Monroe County teen is facing a charge of terroristic threats.

State police at Fern Ridge said Justin Marcus Campbell, 19, of Effort, will be charged following an incident about 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 25, at Kinsley Market, located along SR209, in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.

Troopers allege that Campbell entered into an altercation with a 48-year-old male from Palmerton during which he pulled a firearm and held it at his side. Troopers declined to name the victim.
