Driver cited for I80 incident in Monroe

A Butler County man was cited for an incident along Interstate 80 in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Mark A. Pawlak, of Cranberry Township, was traveling westbound and "playing" with a airsoft pistol while traveling through a construction zone. Several motorists observed his actions and thought the pistol was an authentic firearm.

He was stopped and charged with disorderly conduct, troopers said.
