Drunk in Monroe

A Monroe County man is facing a charge of public drunkenness.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said on Tuesday, June 29, about 6:59 p.m. officers were dispatched to 5273 Knoll Terrace, A Pocono Country Place, for a reported domestic incident. On scene officers found Robert W. Weiss, of that address, intoxicated. He became disorderly and was placed under arrest. He was lodged in the county prison in Snydersville, police said.
