9-10 year-old tourney begins July 12

The 2010 Panther Valley Little League 9-10 year-old Tournament will begin play on Monday, July 12.

There are seven teams in this year's tournament: Franklin Township White and Gray, Jim Thorpe, Lansford, Tamaqua Blue and White and Towamensing.

The round robin tournament is scheduled to conclude on Saturday, July 24.

In the event that any of the teams wins the District 18 9-10 tournament, which concludes on Sunday, July 11, that team will not participate in the PVLL tournament and all of its opponents will receive byes.
