A daughter, Maria Christine Garchinsky, was born at 9:50 a.m. on June 26, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, Pa., to Dr. and Mrs. Christopher Garchinsky of Lebanon. The baby's mother is the former Janet Santore.
She weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and measured 20 inches long. She was welcomed home by an older sister, Caroline Vail Garchinsky, 16 months.
Maternal grandparents are Christine Santore, Tamaqua, and the late James Santore.
Paternal grandparents are Richard Garchinsky and Dorothy Vail Garchinsky of Lebanon.
