Man violated restrictions

Nesquehoning Police Chief Sean Smith filed charges against Truman Bradford Brown, of Nesquehoning, July 1.

Smith filed a non-traffic citation for borough ordinance for sexual offenders residency restrictions, for moving within 1,500 feet of a school.
