Teen injured when bike hit car

A Schuylkill County teen was slightly injured when he ran his biccycle into a car. State police at Frackville said the accident occurred about 6:27 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, at the intersection of Apple and Maple sts., in the village of Nuremberg.

Troopers said a 13-year-old male from Maple St. was riding his bike and turned from Apple onto Maple and struck the front of a 1987 Dodge Aries K operated by Thomas Yurcho Jr., 57, of Nuremberg. Damages were minor to the car.
