Fugitive from justice is caught
A fugitive from justice wanted in Maryland on drug-related charges was taken into custody on July 15 by Nesquehoning Police Chief Sean Smith.
Police said Andrew Clinton Lewis was arraigned before District Justice Casimir Kosciolek and comitted to the Carbon County Correctional Facility, Nesquehoning, in lieu of $20,000 bail.
He will be extradited to Maryland to face the drug charges.
