Tamaqua theft
A Tamaqua man has been cited for retail theft after allegedly removing three packs of cigarettes from the Rite Aid Store, 205 S. Center St.
The incident occurred Monday at 7:27 p.m. and was recorded by the store's surveillance cameras.
William Deats, 39, of 14 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, admitted to the theft. He was cited for retail theft.
