Drunk in Pocono

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported the arrest of a Monroe County woman for public drunkenness.

Police said on Monday, July 19, about 11:12 a.m. officers were dispatched to the Kmart in Mt. Pocono for a report of a drunk female. On scene officers found the woman sitting on a bench outside the store.

She was identified as Luz Rivera, 42, of Long Pond. She was placed under arrest, issued a citation and then transported to her home.
