Monroe man cited
A Monroe County man was cited following an incident reported on Sunday, July 18, about 2:15 p.m.
State police at Fern Ridge said Addisson Saint-Hubert, 39, of Kresgeville, was cited for theft of services after he allegedly placed several bags of household trash in a dumpster at the Dollar General Store in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.
