Lehighton Class of 1947 celebrates 63rd class reunion

The Lehighton High School Class of 1947 held its 63rd reunion on July 17, at the Lehighton Legion Post 314, with 28 members attending. Classmates in attendance are, first row, from left, Charlotte Thomas, Roberta Snyder, Betty Ziegenfuss, Jane Kriner, Marvin M. Mertz and Orville May. Second row, Olga Semmel, Edith Coombe, Betty Nothstein, Jacqueline Hunsicker, Anna Everett, Bessie Bauchspies and Betty Rex. Third row, Clair Andreas, Glenn Miller, Bernice Geiling, Blanche Strausberger, Pauline Green, Dolores Deppe, Carl Merluzzi and Edward Hunsicker. Fourth row, Melvin Everett, Shirley Rabuck, Jean Zimmerman and Marie Balliet. Fifth row, Richard Koch, Reuben Kunkle Jr. and Plair Koch.
