Carbon man cited for dog incident
A Carbon County man was cited for an incident involving his dog.
State police at Fern Ridge said Erik Joseph Hertweck, 29, of Schoohouse Rd., Jim Thorpe, Penn Forest Township, was cited for confinement and housing of dogs for an incident that occurred on July 18 about 9:30 p.m.
Troopers allege that Hertweck permitted his dog to enter the property of Randy L. Knecht Jr., 32, Schoolhouse Rd., and it bit the victim on the right leg causing a minor injury.
