Dawn M. Kashmer, 432 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Edward Kashmer, 217 Washington St., Tamaqua. They were married June 25, 2005.
Kevin John Black was granted a divorce from Tiffany Ann Black, both of Schuylkill Haven. They were married May 26, 2007.
Darrell J. Adams, Myerstown, was granted a divorce from Jennifer Adams, Donaldson, Tremont Township. They were married Dec. 2,1994.
Adam Kauffman was granted a divorce from Maureen Kauffman, both of Palo Alto. They were married June 20, 2009.
Brynell Spencer, Auburn, was granted a divorce from Donald Bilger, Lewisburg. They were married Aug. 7, 2004.
Kimberly A. George was granted a divorce from James J. George, both of Pottsville. They were married Sept. 10, 1988.
Misty Sheriff was granted a divorce from Robert Sheriff, both of Pottsville. They were married June 12, 2003.
Michele L. Ricks, Cressona, was granted a divorce from Willliam G. Ricks, Orwigsburg. They were married Feb. 7, 1998.
Helen E. Tyson, Mahanoy City, was granted a divorce from Randall A. Tyson, Shenandoah. They were married Feb. 24, 2001.
Barry R. Carl;ance, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Barbara A. Carlance, Cinchilla, Lackawanna County. They were married June 3, 1998.
File for divorce
Rebecca Hoffman, 424 Rolling Mill Ave., Tamaqua, started a divorce proceeding against Neil Hoffman, 64 Mahoning St., Tamaqua. They were marreid July 17, 2004.
Kristen M. .Frye, 3 Forest St., Barnesville, Rush Township, filed suit for divorce from William A. Frye, 83 Fairview St., Barnesville. They were married Feb. 14, 1998.
Wendy Bowles, confidential address, filed suit for divorce from Robert Bowles, 315 E. Center St., Mahanoy City. They were married June 25, 2002.
Restate bail
Jessica A. Rudy, 23, of 10 S. Greenwood St., Tamaqua, who was brought to court on a bench warrant, received a second chance from Judge John E. Domalakes who dissolved the bench warrant and fixed bail at $1,000 cash bail. A condition fixed with the bail was that she must reside at the Tamaqua address and shall not relocate without prior court approval. Rudy was cited by Patrolman Brian Thompson, Rush Township police, on April 9, 2008, with charges of criminal conspiracy with another person to commit theft in Walmart Store, Rush Township.
Lynne G. Britton, 44, Barnesville, appeared in court on a bench warrant and after a hearing before Judge D. Michael Stine the bench warrant was vacated and the court set bail at $10,000 straight cash bail. She was remanded to the county prison to await trial as she could not post the bail. Britton faces a charge of giving false identification to authorities.
Eric M. Klemow, 27, Frackville, appeared before Judge Stine as a result of a bench warrant issued and he was unable to provide a proper residentual address. Stine ruled since there being no way to insure his appearance at future court proceedings remanded him to the county prison without bail to await trial on a charge of endangering another person.
Revoke probation
Brandon Colllins, 24, of 212 S. Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, had his probation revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and he was re-sentenced on a charge of criminal trespass into a home at 209 W. Sherman Street, McAdoo, to serve four to 23 months in the county prison with credit for serving 41 days. On the charge of simple assault he was sentenced to serve an additional 12 months on probation when his first sentence expires. He had pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced by Baldwin on Aug. 19, 2008, to serve 35 months on probation.
