Road rage incident leads to an arrest

A road rage incident in Schuylkill County led to the arrest of a Montgomery County man.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred along White Birch Road, in West Brunswick Township, on July 16 about 7:30 p.m.

Troopers said a 17-year-old male from Schuylkill Haven was driving aggressively and his passenger spit out the window at the car of Jose Antonio Marrero, 44, of Pennsburg. Marrero then followed the teen until he pulled over. At this point the teen and Marrero began a verbal argument.

Troopers said Marrero then broke the window of the teen's vehicle and struck him in the face. Marrero was charged with harassment and criminal mischief.
