Four are cited for disorderly conduct
Summit Hill police charged four people with disorderly conduct following two incidents that occurred in the borough over the last two months.
According to police on June 14, at 10:24 p.m. officers received a call of a disturbance at the Lansford Townhouses. Borough police responded and were assisted by Lansford police.
Upon arriving at the scene it was determined that Keith Yarnell, 31, of 141 Penn St., Tamaqua; and Jason Tessitore, 25, of 245 E. Ridge St., Lansford, had a disagreement, causing a disturbance at the location. Both men were cited for disorderly conduct.
The second incident occurred on July 11 at 11:54 p.m. in the area of White and Oak streets.
Police said officers received a complaint of a disturbance at the aforementioned location.
Upon arrival officers found Nicole Savage, 20, of 116 E. Early Ave., Coaldale, and Adam Venerio, 26, of 135 W. Ridge St., Lansford, had been causing a disturbance.
Both were cited for disorderly conduct.
