Divorces granted

Shane W. Monk, of Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Tara L. Monk, 411 E. Broad St., Tamaqua. They were married Feb. 14, 2003.

Clyde Leymeister was granted a divorce from Leisa Leymeister, both of Auburn. They were married June 20, 1981.

Robin L. Hubler was granted a divorce from Wade R. Hubler Sr., both of Gordon. They were married Aug. 2, 1976.

Candy L. Devine was granted a divorce from John R. Devine, both of Donaldson, Tremont Township. They were married June 5, 1982.

Frank J. Krammes, Sacramento, Hubley Township, was granted a divorce from Judy A. Krammes, Spring Glen, Hubley Township. They were married Dec. 24, 1996.

Sean P. Ryan was granted a divorce from Lisa A. Ryan, both of Pine Grove. They were married Aug. 19, 2004.

Lisa A. Lasco was granted a divorce from James E. Lasco, both of Pottsville. They were married Sept. 17, 2005.

Peter A. Stevenosky, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Martina Stevenosky, Branchdale, Branch Township. They were married Sept. 19, 1998.

Paul E. Schaeffer, Friedensburg,Wayne Township, was granted a divorce from Nikklett Goldsberry, Columbus, Ohio. They were married March 15, 2008.

File for divorce

Kathleen Somers , 70 Water St., Cumbola, Blythe Township, started a divorce prceeding against Michael Somers, 106 Parkway, Schuylkill Haven. They were married May 30, 2009.

Kelly J. Feeko, 55 E. Brandon St., Sheppton, West Penn Township, filed suit for divorce from Joseph N. Feeko, 304 W. 33rd Street, Lumberton, N.C. They were married July 18, 1987.

Joshua Frank Shamonsky filed suit for divorce from Rachel Anna Marie Shamonsky, both of 18 Easy Life Lane, New Ringgold. They were married Sept. 10, 2006.

Sherri A. Gerber, 4 Wheeler St., Coaldale, filed suit for divorce from Chad M. Gerber, 232 Front St., Lansford. They were married May 8, 2005.

Rule on appeals

Judge D. Michael Stine handed down rulings setting a market value and assessed value on properties in Orwigsburg.

The appeal to court was taken by Blue Mountain School District after the Schuylkill County Board of Appeals ruled no change on the properties. On the property at 109 N. Warren St., Stine set the market value at $132,000 and fixed the assessed valuation for tax year 2008 at $50,424; tax year 2009 at $49,236; and tax year 2010 at $51,876. On property at on Warren Street the market value was set at $1,500 and the assessed value for 2008 at $573, for 2009 at $560 and 2010 at $599. Both properties are owned by Michael T. and Melissa A. Thompson.

On the school district's appeal on properties owned by Akshardip Corporation, commercially improved real estatre located on the west side of SR61 outside of Schuylkill Haven, Stine fixed the market value at $720,000 and fixed the assessment for 2008 at $275,040; for 2009 at $268,560; and for 2010 at $287,280.

On the school district's appeal on the property at 120 Brookside Road, Orwigsburg, owned by Karl and Karen Geiser, Stine fixed the market value at $325,500 and the assessment for 2008 at $124,341, for 2009 at $121,412 and for 2010 at $129,875.
