Lehighton to hold physicals

Physical exams for fall sports for Lehighton High School and Middle School students will be held in the High School nurse's office on Wednesday, July 14.

Students are asked to report at their scheduled time and wear shorts and a t-shirt. Due to the volume of students scheduled into each time slot, only those students that have returned their physical forms to the nurse can get their physicals at this time. There are no walk-ins permitted on the day of physical exams. All students will need a physical completed in order to participate on the first day of practice. These physicals are not for Booster Club sports, they are for school sponsored athletes only.

Following is a list of times for each sport:

FIELD HOCKEY

Grades 10-11-12 at 7:55 a.m.

Grades 8-9 at 8:15 a.m.

Grade 7 at 8:30 a.m.

VOLLEYBALL

All grades at 8:45 a.m.

BOYS SOCCER

All grades (including co-ed middle school soccer) at 9:00 a.m.

CROSS COUNTRY/GOLF

All grades at 9:30 a.m.

FOOTBALL

Grades 11-12 at 9:45 a.m.

Grades 9-10 at 10:00 a.m.

Grades 7-8 at 10:15 a.m.
