Schuylkill man cited for mischief

A Schuylkill County man was cited for cirminal mischief following an incident that occurred on Tuesday, June 8, about 10:10 p.m.

State police said William Manness, 28, of New Ringgold, was cited for allegedly damaging the 1999 Chevrolet Lumina of Mandi Gossman, 29, also of New Ringgold, by scratching the hood of the car with a rock. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of Summer Valley Road in New Ringgold.
