Contract default

Pleads guilty
Cynthia Anne Marstell, 32, of Wyoming, Luzerne County, recently pleaded guilty in the county court to one count of retail theft. She was arrested by Kidder Township police for an incident on Aug. 26, 2009.
Judge Steven R. Serfass placed her on probation for a year and ordered she to pay court costs and a $50 per month supervision fee. Restitution in the case has already been paid.
