Mischief incidents

State police at Lehighton reported investigating two acts of criminal mischief.

Troopers said Robert Patrick Capasso, 62, of 75 Vista Circle, Saylorsburg, Ross Township, Monroe County, reported someone scratched the left side of his vehicle from the front fender area to the back quarter panel area while parked at his residence. The incident occurred sometime overnight of June 8-9.

Karen Michelle Presco, 37, of East Stroudsburg, reported someone caused damage to property at 2 Kimberly Lane, Polk Township, by shooting lead pellets at two windows on the north side of the home. Presco previously moved out of the residence and returned on June 7. She said when he moved on Oct. 1, 2009, there was no damage to the property.
