Domestic incident leads to an arrest

A domestic incident led to an arrest.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said on Sunday, June 13, about 5:06 p.m. officers were dispatched to 10-11-1 Delaware Trail, in Arrowhead Lakes, Pocono Lake, for a domestic incident.

Upon arrival officers were told by Patricia Phraner, 31, of that address, that she had a dispute with her husband, Michael Phraner, 46, of Newfoundland, Wayne County.

During the dispute Michael Phraner allegedly slapped Patricia Phraner and slashed two tires on the vehicle of Thomas Shepherd, 47, of Pottstown, who was at the residence.

Michael Phraner left the scene prior to the arrival of officers. He was later interviewed and was cited for criminal mischief and harassment.
