Stauffer to play football at Moravian
Jacob Stauffer of Lehighton will be attending Moravian College in the fall to continue his academic and football career.
The son of Debbie and Clayton Stauffer, the Indian graduate was a two-way player for head coach George Ebbert. On offense, Stauffer caught four passes for 40 yards this past season. Defensively, he had starts in the secondary both as a safety and a cornerback.
"He was a good possession receiver and is very intelligent on both offense and defense," said Ebbert. "I wish him success in the future."
Stauffer, who has also wrestled at Lehighton, was part of the Indian football program the past four years.
