Disorderly in Reevesdale

A Schuylkill County man was cited for being disorderly in the village of Reevesdale, Schuylkill Township.

State police at Frackville said James Owens, 33, of Tamaqua, was cited for an incident outside of 13 Piersol St. About 3:10 a.m. on Saturday, June 19, troopers responded to the area to a report of a man yelling and using profanity at that location. Owens was found at the scene and placed under arrest.

The probe also revealed that Owens was wanted by the county detective bureau for failing to appear for a court proceeding. He was taken into custody on a bench warrant and lodged in the county prison in Pottsville.
