Jim Thorpe Summer Basketball League rosters and schedules are released

The Jim Thorpe Summer Adult Mens' Basketball League was started by legendary coach Kenny Kline back in 1957. Now, 53 years later, the annual summer tradition is still going strong.

The league will play triple-headers once again on Monday and Thursdays beginning on Monday, June 28th. The first game starts at 6 p.m., the second game will follow at 7 p.m. and the night cap will start at 8 p.m.

To participate as always, the player must be 18-years of age or older, a graduate of Jim Thorpe High School or a resident of the Jim Thorpe area or an employee of the Jim Thorpe School District.

There will be no rain-out dates except for playoff games.
